INGREDIENTS
• 1kg chopped potatoes
• 4 cloves garlic
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 2 tablespoon butter
• ½ cup cheese
• ½ cup cheese spread
PROCEDURE
1. Peel the skins of the potatoes and garlic.
2. Cut the potatoes into smaller pieces so it’s easy to boil.
3. Boil 10 cups of water with 1 tablespoon salt.
4. Once hot, put the potatoes and garlic into the salted water
5. Let it boil for 20 minutes.
6. Drain the potatoes and garlic.
7. Crush the potatoes with a potato masher until it’s creamy.
8. Add butter, cheese and ½ cup cheese spread.
9. Once the ingredients are mixed together, you’re done!
