SWEET FISHBALL SAUCE RECIPE
Fishball sauce that's sweet and flavourful!I gotchu fam!

Start with 1 cup water and then thicken the sauce by adding 1 tbsp cornstarch and 1 tbsp flour to thicken the sauce |

Now let’s add flavor to this sauce! Add 3 tbsp brown sugar to add sweetness Add ¾ tbsp salt to enhance the flavour Now add 1 tbsp vinegar to add acidity and sourness |

Elevate the flavor by adding 3 cloves or 1 tbsp garlic to add some aroma to the sauce. Lastly, put 1 tsp soy sauce to deepen the color and add umami flavor to the sauce. |
You can get creative with your sauce by experimenting with your seasoning!
You can add chilis to make it spicy too!

All you have to do now is to boil the mixture over medium heat. Stir continuously to avoid clumping. Cook for about 3 - 5 minutes or until the sauce has already thickened. |
