This 2 ingredient, Malaysian-inspired half-boiled egg recipe is perfect for a quick fire breakfast or snack.

All you need is 2 regular sized eggs!

Ingredients

  • 2 regular sized eggs
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

Preparation

  1. Put these eggs in boiling water Must be enough to submerge the eggs 
  2. Set a timer for four minutes then remove them from the water 
  3. Crack the eggs into a bowl then scoop out any egg whites that are still in the shells with a spoon 
  4. Add one soy sauce and you're done! 
You can also add some black or white pepper and serve it with toasted bread.
You can eat it anytime during the day, breakfast, lunch, snack or dinner.
